2026-2027 Registration Forms

We’re so glad you’re considering St. Teresa Preschool. We’re here to make the process simple, personal, and stress-free.

All applications should include the $125 non-refundable registration fee. A portion of this fee helps support our scholarship program.

For new students, please also include a copy of your child’s birth certificate along with the registration fee.

Returning students and siblings are given priority placement. Any remaining openings will be filled by lottery, with parishioners receiving priority. If a class does not have enough enrollment and needs to be canceled, we will do our best to place your child in their second-choice class.

Acceptance letters will be sent out in mid-February.
