2.5  YEAR PROGRAM

At St. Teresa of Avila preschool, our 2.5 program is designed to provide a fun and engaging first educational experience for your child.  Our experienced teachers create a warm and nurturing environment where children learn to share and play with their peers, and are encouraged to explore and learn through free play and structured activities. 

During circle time, children enjoy singing, stories, and movement, which helps to foster language development and a love of learning.  Regular visits to the library provide an opportunity for children to develop a love of books and storytelling. 

Throughout the day, children are engaged in hands-on learning activities that help to build their fine motor skills, encourage creativity and foster a love of discovery. 

We believe that starting the day with a prayer and ending the day with a reflection helps to create a positive and peaceful environment that supports children's social and emotional growth.  Our 2.5 program is a wonderful first step on your child's education journey, and we are excited to be a part of their growth and development.
